Today I traded my paintbrush for a cup and tried my hand at paint pouring.
I picked up a starter kit (pre-mixed, let’s not get crazy) yesterday to prepare.
It only makes sense to do this outside, right? It looked super messy, so I set up a table outside and started pouring. The wind was not in my favor and stuff kept blowing into my paint, but it turned out okay.
I migrated inside and tried again, and I love the way this one looks.
… and then I tried again, and again.
I poured my heart out. (Buh dum ching!)
Pouring was super fun, but now I have no idea how long it takes them to dry or how to finish them. I’m also afraid the red solo cups they are sitting on will be permanently stuck to the canvases in the morning, but that’s a problem for future me.
Thanks for stopping by!
Future me will give an update on the cups tomorrow. 😅🤣
